Restructured and now have a new team? Needing to reset your existing team? Keen for a creative way to build engagement? I can help. I have run countless Team Chartering workshops with past teams. Those have helped everyone feel heard and valued as well as establish a clear and uniting team’s purpose with a set of values, priority objectives and ways of working. Participants have praised the benefits of this approach and its lasting impact. We recommend a 4 hour minimum workshop. We can also run team building offsite workshops on the South Coast through our sister business "Le Workshop". Le Workshop offers short art classes and creative activities which help participants overcome their limiting beliefs through an artistic activity. We have access to curated venues in the Jervis Bay area so you can take your team out for an unforgettable team building experience.
